Welcome back everyone, it feels great to get back to some sort of normality.
We welcome several new children this term and look forward to getting to know them.
As you are all aware Sam left us in March after her move to Melksham, Amy has replaced her and has now joined our team along with her little boy Jake. We wish them well and hope they settle into pre-school life quickly.
We will continue to open the doors at 9.50am and 12.50pm to enable safer pick up and drop off.
As from Monday 14th September we will take each child's temperature before entering the setting. If their temperature is 38 degree's or above they will have to return home immediately.
Other symptoms of covid in the young are gastrointestinal symptoms and stomach pains, consistent cough, and high temperature.
Any illness the children should stay at home until fully recovered, we all need to keep safe and well during these strange times.
Toddle Tuesday will return on Tuesday 15th September.
Please ensure that you bring a coat and wellington boots for your child to wear during these trips around the village.
We now have a permanent canopy erected in our outside play area to enable the children to be outdoors during all weathers.
The parish council kindly helped pay for this with a grant of £5000 and for that we are truly grateful.
